We have extended our normal returns policy to 90 days to help. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale, so there's no rush.
We know it may be difficult for you to get to a returns location during the current lock-down, so any order can be returned within 90 days of the date you received your order.

International Customers will need to pay return postage, unless the item they received was incorrect and/or faulty. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide a proof of postage.

Our refund policy is that once we have received the Apex Athlete Series back within its warranty period it will then be processed through our QA testing. A full or partial refund will then be accessed and processed based on these results. Refunds will only be refunded through the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please keep these helpful tips in mind while returning your product
- Each return is on a case by case basis. There are no additional shipping costs involved for returning a package on agreement with STATSports Customer Service at athleteseries@statsports.com. In case packages need to be returned from a single order at separate occasions, additional shipping costs will apply to you.
- The product(s) should be returned with all of the original packaging. The returned order(s) must be complete, including all original components such as packaging, manuals, accessories, Apex Vest*, USB Micro Charger Cable.
- *If the returns package is not complete or the Apex Vest is returned used, it will result in a deduction of the refunded order.
- If the returned product shows signs of damage, it will not be processed for a refund.
Vest /Baselayer Exchanges
My vest doesn’t fit me. Can I return and select a different size?
Please note that your vest should be a tight fit.
You have up to 90 days to exchange your vest for a new size from date of purchase.
Your vest must not be worn or damaged and must be in it's original packaging.
Vests that wish to be exchanged can be returned to our return address at the cost of the customer.
Please clearly reference your full name, order number and the new size of vest you wish to receive when contacting customer service and on the return parcel.

It’s not possible for us to refund or exchange vests over the 90 day time frame or if vests have been worn.
