We use DHL, FedEx and Royal Mail to deliver your Apex Athlete Series products. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your product is dispatched.
You will also receive a follow up email from the Courier with more details/updates about your tracking number and delivery.

What should I do if I haven't received my delivery yet?
If you haven't received your delivery, please first use the tracking links provided by the Courier - if you need any additional information, please contact athleteseries@statsports.com and a member of our customer support team will be happy to assist.
Currently, typical delivery times are as follows:
For UK & Ireland customers expect 2-3 working days (depending on the delivery service selected at checkout)
For EU expect 3-5 working days.
For US and Rest of the world expect 5-7 working days (this does not include any possible delays with customs)
