Items may be exchanged or returned within 28 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please keep these helpful tips in mind when returning/exchanging your purchase:

If returning the APEX Athlete series package (or other similar bundle), all original components should be included such as packaging, manuals, accessories, Apex Vest, USB Micro Charger Cable etc.

If any returned product shows signs of damage or excessive wear, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be processed via the payment method originally used to make the purchase.

Contact athleteseries@statsports.com if you have any complaint or are experiencing a quality issue.
Depending on your card/bank, it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund back to your card/bank account from the date the refund was issued.
