Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Our refund policy is that once we have received the Tracker back within its warranty period it will then be processed through our QA testing. A full or partial refund will then be accessed and processed based on these results. Refunds will only be refunded through the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please keep these helpful tips in mind while returning your product
- Each return is on a case by case basis. There are no additional shipping costs involved for returning a package on agreement with STATSports Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case packages need to be returned from a single order at separate occasions, additional shipping costs will apply to you.
- The product(s) should be returned with all of the original packaging. The returned order(s) must be complete, including all original components such as packaging, manuals, accessories, Apex Vest*, USB Micro Charger Cable.
*If the returns package is not complete or the Apex Vest is returned used, it will result in a deduction of the refunded order.
- If the returned product shows signs of damage, it will not be processed for a refund.
