For all refund or exchange requests, please contact our Customer Support team at academy@statsports.com and include your order number in the subject line (this will begin with ‘#’).
Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning any exchanged or unwanted items.
When returning or exchanging your purchase, please keep the following in mind:
- Ensure you include your order number in the subject line when contacting support
- If returning an Academy package (or similar bundle), all original components must be included (e.g. packaging, manuals, accessories, Apex Vest, USB Micro Charger Cable, etc.)
- Items showing signs of damage or excessive wear will not be eligible for a refund
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for purchase
- If you are experiencing a fault or quality issue, please contact our support team for assistance
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account from the date it is issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance with Customer Support.
