If your tracker continuously says “DOWNLOAD” follow these steps:
- Force close the app from running in the background of your mobile phone
- Turn off your mobile phone's Bluetooth
- Restart your Tracker
Alternatively, follow the steps below:
- Unpair the Tracker from your account
- Re-install the app on your mobile phone
- Pair the Tracker
This should remove the DOWNLOAD message.
